3m adflo battery repair

My adflo lithium battery has stopped taking a charge and don’t fancy paying £230 for a new one what have people done to fix or repair them that this has happened to before

I've had a dead adflo battery for my mask for years, kept it because..... Anyway, I toyed with the idea of rebuilding the battery pack. But the cells were expensive and I didn't trust the charge circuit thingy. So, I converted it to Milwaukee M12. As I've a quick charge I'll be able to swap...

If you carefully open it up it will likely just contain standard li-ion cells, probably 18650's. Buy new tabbed cells and solder up a new pack. Probably a guide online somewhere.
