A britweld micro mig has come up for sale in the same area as me I know nothing about this brand , so any info if I should buy would be great. Like I say it is local so am sure I can go and view and test it before I buy as it comes with gas..
Probably yet another small-volume maker, long gone and with no tech. info other than what's on the machine.
Buy on merit.
Seems to have a Euro torch fitting which usually points towards it having some professional intentions (rather than a lot of hobby MIGs which tend to have hard-wired torches).
Looks to have stitch timer (on left), wire speed and output (7 step switch on right).
By the size of the return lead probably no more than 140A and more likely 120A, could even be less than 100 as the name 'Micro' might suggest it was the smallest in a range... 90A is a practical minimum for MIGs and even that will barely weld 2mm.
See if the seller can demo it; if he's a competent welder he should be able to set it up so you can write your name with it
