Mrs came home from the gym today....

Looks like SUV, range rover bumper height. :mad:

some of the scratches I could feel with my nail. Looks like they had two goes at it!

Broke out the polisher and cutting compound.

2 mins later, 98% fixed.

I should probably also have gone over the front bumper, it's got a rash on both sides too. Seems to me driving and parking standards are rock bottom round here.

I normally assume unknown damage is from Tescos carpark :whistle:

A mate gave me a lift to sainsbury yesterday and jumped out to use the cashpoint while I waited in the car. Little silver thing (micra? ) had 3 attempts at parking next to us, it kept moving out of the space to try again. They eventually decided it was OK (it looked like it was exactly where they had put it first time) then got out and were very close to opening their door into the side of our car.

Standards are falling everywhere :vsad:

People don't park close to mine. The scratches are sufficient warning.

It's amazing what a difference a polisher and some cutting compound can make. :clapping:

I bought another car 2 weeks ago. Last week somebody reversed out of a parking space without looking and dented the rear quarter panel !

My old Surf is a bit rough round the edges it makes me look like a bad driver! I've had people drive into to tow ball a couple of times, I just carry on.
