Looks like something to do with water/coolant.

Yellow things are hose clamping pliers.
The blue screwdriver, flexi drive, and socket (I'm guessing 7mm) will be for hose clips.

It could be a vacuum bleeding kit, but they don't usually come with clamping pliers or anything for hoseclips.

If you took the stuff out the foam it might help.

I'd go with brake bleeding the blue gun could be a low pressure pump to increase air pressure in the brake fluid reservoir the black parts maybe seals for different size reservoir screw caps...

Seems it's a coolant flush gun and associated kit.

Garden hosepipe goes on the threaded black bit to the right.
