Roof rack washers.

Hi people,

I noticed my roof rack was moving around on the roof yesterday.
After removing the covers I found all the washers broken!
Could anyone print me these for some beer tokens please?
I would really like a 3d printer but, I do not really have the space, time or patience for one right now.
This is a file for print that I found.

I'd do it in a shot but I'm in Portugal with atrocious CTT postal service, how do I get them to you. Also I'm just printing PLA, for washers you probably want TPU, yes?

If you can wait a little time, it is always worth seeing what options JLCPCB offer. You do not have to register or log in to get a quote. They have materials and quality levels that home-gamer stuff can only dream of.

I can do these for you this evening. Probably best to use ABS. All I have in stock is grey ABS...

Before then, how certain are you these are the correct size? Be a shame to make half a dozen ship them off only to find they're too big/small.

Thank you I have no idea about what type of plastic would be best. But it would cost more to ship from Portugal than they are worth!

Well PETg is easiest for me and should stand a summer's day, but if they are affected then I can reprint them in ABS. Let me know if you want them and your choice of colour; black, blue, red, flesh pink, translucent green or silver.

Great thank you. Actually this version is even better it has the 2 locating tabs the other file does not.
Coulour is not impotant for me, whatever you happen to be using or whatever you have most off will be grand. They are not seen once the locked covers are on the rack.

The roof rack needs 4 one on each mount. I guess it would be good to have a few spare ons to keep in the glove box.

I'm in Kent too, don't know where you are. Choice here of ASA, PETG, PLA. If you were local...

Still haven't printed ABS yet...wanting to sort better fume extraction.

whats so special about them just get a bit of round plastic rod chop to length and drill a hole through it

PLA won't take the heat, the others will. If you are local, do you want to do them then and save the postage? I haven't loaded it up yet.

We're having a go here too in black PETG. Not too sure about the little 2mm tags. 21 minutes each to print full infill.

OK, I am doing 20% but that ought to be strong enough. Interesting to compare.
