I must have made about a dozen of these over the years. Very simple, this one was a bit of shopping trolley, but any 5-6mm round bar (welding rod) will do. Warm one end and flatten then smooth the shape with a grinder, heat again and bend the end over, next braze a bit of tungsten on the other end (a local engineering shop will probably have plenty of broken tungsten tool tips) grind to a point, and that is it, should last for years. I usually lose them (or give them away) long before they wear out.
