Thats sounds like a monograde engine oil try a decent motor factors ,or here

Sorry Mike, you're right that does indeed meet CC spec,it is no improvement over compressor oil available from somewhere easier to get to. CC was phased out in 1987 and replaced by better spec for petrol and diesel engines to keep particles in suspension till they are filtered out instead of letting them sink to the bottom of the sump as you want them to do in a splash lubricated system.
Yea but im not saying it is any better or worse than your mm compresor oil , its the spec that the maufacturer of the compressor recomends . I cant see any spec for the MM oil apart from sae 40 
.
The Morris lubricants factory is 1/2 mile from my house the nearest MM is 35 miles
Lets be honest either oil would do the job
Anyway its not you or me that wants the oil May be there is a MM branch close to the guy or maybe theres a motor factor with monograde cc spec oil closer
