Hi made this out an old propane bottle,and it works a treat,tryed it out today and was well impressed.

lve got a water trap at the other end of the airline,that should be ok,l think.

not once the air has warmed up in the tank it will bypas your filter and condense in the airline i take the air supply direct of the tank to the pot then have a half inch bsp filter on there . there rated for 90cfm having 2 in the line restricts volume and presure

Do you have a list of wich fittings and hose you will need? Im thinking about making one my self.

3/8 bsp as a minimum on the fittings will be ok using a 3mm blast jet half inch on any larger, best use a half inch water seperator with reducers fitted though and 10mm hose

do you not find that if you turn the flow off at the valve by the nozzle then the tubes get clogged with media?

So you just connect the air hose into the connector on left side, have some sand in the tank, open the valve under the tank and open valve on blast jet, and fire away? will it get enough pressure ?

dont bother with the tap on the end of the blast hose just fit a carbide jet and regulate on off at the water seperator. the valve underneath just needs to be slightly open to regulate the sand flow. pressure needs to be about 90 psi for eficiency but will work on a lower presure

Ok, but do you have air pressure inside the tank? or only from the hose to the valve underneath.

the pot is pressurised otherwise there is no way of introducing the sand in to the blast pipe unless both are at eaqual pressure . it isnt a syphon gun
