It says "Zentiva, Co-codamol 30/500". I also have Ibuprofen, Lansoprozole to line my stomach to stop the first 2 from rotting it away and finally a mix of Senokot and Cod Liver Oil to unblock the blockage that the first 3 create. I've stopped taking Pregabalin and Amitryptiline.
I could make a fortune at Glastonbury selling that lot!
Enteric coated ibuprofen is the way forwards!
I am on the 30/500 cocodomol(8 a aday) and the diclofenac(2 a day) and allorpurinal and irbersatan and the liningone. The pains are still there but as long as you keep moving it is not too bad. Its the sleeping hours that are the worst. Damn the arthritis/gout and fibromyalgia. Still I suppose it is better than the big C!!
Keep on popping them!
Cheers, Michael T
I had a load of spinal injections last week. L4, L5 and S1 vertebrae. Some local jabs and then the big ones in between the breaks to try and quieten the Sciatic pain down.
Problem with having so many injections near the ar5e is that every time I fart it sounds like the woodwind section of the London Philharmonic warming up.

You can take over 2.4mg of ibuprofen a day. only problem is: they don't even take the edge off.
I'm on 150mg of Diclofenac, but I cant stay on that for ever. Found some 500mg (2 per day) Naproxen tabs the other day, not bad but, they seem to wear off after a couple of months.
Are we qualified physicians then .. giving out all this dangerous medical advice ???
My GP nearly killed me five months ago & I only recently found it out a few weeks ago .
He gave me med prescriptions for arthritis relief every month, for five months in 28 day packs for something I should only have ever taken for three or four days at the most once a month .
It put me very close to suffocating in my own body fluids and /or a heart attack .
I went sick saying I could hardly breathe and my chest hurt like hell plus I was feeling very sleepy and permanently tired & my pee was as yellow as real beer. He did a pee test and said ... " Oh these Meloxicam tablets do that to you , they are very dangerous to take long term ."
He was the s*d that prescribed them to me in the first place and kept giving the repeat prescriptions . No .....they didn't do a thing for the inflammation & pain .
There was no warning on the labels nor was I given one verbally .
Suddenly no more of the anti inflammatory tablets , I was given a new prescription for month of a double dose of a diuretic's to help flush out the crap out of my wreck of a body .
They made it dangerous for me to be away from home as I ended up peeing like a racehorse every 20 minutes or so from 07.30 till 22 .30 ish
I've just finished this month long flushing period and will now come off the diuretics .
The good news is I feel much better than I have for years ... it must be " The dead cat ( Mandela ) bounce "
Dr Shox have you a pain clinic near you i find that acupuncture helps me cut down on the meds for a few weeks i go every 6 weeks
"full metal jacket you mean" .50 calibe just for the hell of it that would workYeah there is one somewhere close, I keep meaning to ask, but forget.
As for taking tabs, the first thing I do is read up on them. I was given Pregabalin jan last yr by the consultant. Didn't fancy taking them so Dr put me on the Diclofenac. Helps a lot but if I'm bending a lot or crawling about they don't help.
I've heard a lump of lead in a copper coating works
