Settings on Lincoln Electric Mig, flux-core

I have a Lincoln Electric Flux-core Mig. I have played around a little bit with the machine. I am particularly interested in welding autobody guage material, floors, wheel wells and panels. I was wondering what the optimum settings would be for this. The machine has a numbered dial, and 2 switches, one with 'high' and 'low' and one with '1' and '2'. Was new (used) when I bought, the guy did not have any manuals, and haven't been able to find any info.

For body work, it will probably be the lowest power setting (1 and min). Then adjust the wire speed dial for a smooth arc. Another way to adjust the wires speed is run the speed up until the the wire start pushing the torch back a bit then back off some.

The tutorials here are good and there is a wire speed video that is good for hearing what a good speed sounds like.
