Found rent free gas in Blackburn/Darwen Lancs

Hi,

Thought this may have be of interest to anyone in the Blackburn/Darwen area of Lancashire.

Company called MLGas part of www.mlgroup.org.uk are offering rent free mig gas. I've just got a 10L bottle pressure 200bar so 2000L of gas for £20 + £10 bottle deposit

They also do 50L bottles at 200bar 10,000L of gas for £45 +£10 bottle deposit, I wish I could have got one of those but I don't have room to store it and they are a pain to move around

I got Corgon12 (Air Liquide name) equivalent to Argoshield universal.

They also do equivalents to Argoshield light and heavy

Looks good, maybe a little bit too far from me, but great prices. They say they deliver on their site, wonder how far away they will go....

Thats very interesting even though i live in Scotland as i go past them a few times a year. Do you know if they do Argon.

Hi miller,

I think they will do anything from the Air Liquide range, but ots only a small place, you may need to phone ahead if you want anything unusual. Pretty sure I saw argon in stock when I was there.

Hi drjim,

From what I remember they were about the same as BOC W size, about 230mm diameter and about 1.5m tall.

Found this thread & rang the numbers on the website but got the "number no longer in use" messages, still on the Air Liquide webiste tho.
Anyone know of a rent free CO2 or mix gas supplier rent free in the Preston / Blackpool area??
