About a year ago, after a bit of cutting and pasting, I printed out and laminated a new data plate for my 9x20” lathe. The original one being worn to an unreadable state, along with all the other labels.
I decided to laser engrave a new one, but of course, I have now lost the original file I made for the data plate. I managed to cobble a new file of sorts together, and printed out one on plywood as a first test, then one on that two colour plastic stuff.
The final one will need a bit of tweaking, of course, but I think I’m going to be happy with the final product.
