My TIG welds in corners come out porous. Everywhere else they're fine, even on the same item being welded. I'm told I need a GAS LENS, whatever that is. Is this the kind of thing I need? I'm welding automotive parts for a trials buggy, 1-5mm steel.

Thank you.With the answers above already given, just to make sure were are not missing out on something, you are seeing in the corner okay and not delaying adding the filler, mild steel does not like being tig welded with minimum filler being added, you need to keep that filler wire being fed in, (with in reason) dabbing is fine,
