made this to help with my roll cage in the fiesta









it bends a full 180 radius for 1.5mm steel with a maximum of 170mm wide

really happy with it simple but effective

What do you use to power it??

we have an old megaform press brake at work we use as a press and for flattening out steel or any thing that wants squashing flat not sure what tonnage it is but well more than what it needs ive made it so I can take it to my unit and use a vice or a little press.

Love the idea I need to do the same for my landy but needs to be 6mm...toyi g with cutting to shape tacking it on then using the oxy acet to heat it up and bend it around tube in place.
