Homemade power file belt sander

This is my homemade power file attachment which fits onto a Makita GA4540C 115mm angle grinder, the grinder has speed controller which I feel is necessary because without it the grinder speed would be too high, I have only been using it for a few weeks but already find it to be one of my most useful homemade tools



Speed controlled angle grinder without this it goes nutts

Thank you for your positive comments, as for selling as a kit I would totally lose money as it took so long to make

Excellent....I have an evolution one....very useful but loves to spit the belts ouy. Do you have any problems keeping the belts on the wheels?

The belt does like to move away from centre, I find if this happens I can tilt it left and or right and this pushes the belt back to the centre

I have the evolution one too. From my experience of using it I'd not want power file without the belt guards, but hat off to you for making this. It does look the business!
