UK Aug 25, 2012 #3 There's been a few threads about mitreing and developing tubes, have a look here, http://www.mig-welding.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=10099&highlight=mitre and here, http://www.mig-welding.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=12283&highlight=mitre Edit: Found thse patterns for a 100mm dia pipe wrap I did a while ago, just draw it out in a piece of thin card using the dimensions shown, roll it round the pipe to get a cut line for a 45deg mitre 2 off these will give you a 90 deg bend, Or use 2 of these to make a 45 deg bend Last edited: Aug 25, 2012
