New tweco / thermal arc

Iv come accross the new range of tigs from tweco which is the new name for thermal arc , to me it looks like a black lorch , but with dual voltage , they do a 300 amp acdc tig dual voltage too , are all the features the same matt or did lorch spec there tigs above the tweco .

Interesting. First I've seen this. Heard about the rebadge before but thought they were only doing it on the existing Thermal arc machines and obviously not.
I'm sure somebody can fill you in! :0)

What makes you think they're made by Lorch?

I was told that from a dealer. But looking at them they are near identical too

Yes they are made by Lorch. The multi-voltage versions are only for US market though. European versions are 230v for the 220 and 400v for the 300 amp version.

Based on the T series but without the possibility for ITC (Intelligent Torch Control) so no PowerMaster smart torches
