Finally got my Cincinatti pillar drill finished.. Purchased as an abused and rusty. £129.... Sheared bolts, table raise lower gears a total mangled mess, levers missing others snapped.. Biggest problem was finding a replacement belt..
In order to run off my supply I chose a Mitsibushi invertor.. It's fantastic, I can adjust speeds or select reverse at the touch of a button.. Lots of programmes already set too, eg to start off nice and slowly and then to climb to my chosen speed.. She weighs a tonne, 6ft tall.. Thanks to Owen, Wattsie and Our Stef for all their help with this beast..
New fabricated raise lower mechanism.. Due to original a seized mangled mess.. I have made it so I can if I wish use my half inch drive ratchet to raise etc if I desire..
Big heavy feet..
Milling vice and lube system fitted
Mitsibushi inverter wired in minus it's front cover..
Polished Ford Puma gear knobs as handles.. Lol
