Picked this up on ebay:
25 amp cutter. Never heard of Pro Arc, supposedly made by Century. Nice it has 15' torch. Seller said "Works but tip will not push down, may need new torch." Fiddled with it. Could not find out how to take torch completely apart. Figured needed new torch, so, what the heck; smacked it on the bench. Now tip moves; everything works. Came with a bunch of tips, rings, shrouds etc.
One surprise it it only needs 110V, was expecting to need to put in another 220V outlet.
First test was cutting metal shelf out of 20ga steel. Breezed through it.
Here is a test on 3/16" steel:
The left vertical was done freehand and all screwed up as there were a bunch of test welds. Also was using old tip. The top cut is real smooth after new tip. The slag on the bottom edge just knocks off easily
Not bad deal, $200 including shipping. They are listed as $950 new
There are 2 different tips. Short ones that are flush with the shroud and a long one shown in the picture. Not sure the difference; the long one is easier with a guide
