Hi,
Nee here and in welding world.
Need some advice on seam welding for vehicle welding for MOT.
I've been looking up some indornation and videos and came across a video that shows how to do seam welding. But the way he does the seam welding is like connected dots (spot welding)!!
This is the video:
Is this accepted to pass the MOT?
Also, can I do slug welding and connect the slugs to make the finish work to look like seam welding? Similar to the above video but instead of spot welds, I do slugs??
What is easier to make sure the finish work is accepted by the MOT garages?
I have a clarke pro 90 MiG welder.
Thanks
