i have a knife that I am quite fond of...use it for my heavy duty skinning (deer and foxes) and it's always been honed before and during use, kept away from bone etc...
It's now got to the point where it needs a bit of a touch up and the hone doesn't seem to give the results I want...problem is the first part of the blade has an ever so slight concave curve to it, so My flat oil stone won't cut it...
Any ideas?
