Welding on very light tin

im new here
ive never really welded on

tin beforeand this is what always
happens

this is the front

so whats wrong
the welder is a 210amp mig
is the welder to big???
and i have 0.6m wire in it

The welder might be 210 amps max output but what is it's lowest setting? That's the more important thing to look at if wanting to weld very thin stuff.
What machine is it?

IS this car body material, i.e. 1mm steel or less?? A 210 amp welder might not be able to get down to low enough amps, even on its lowest setting to avoid blowing holes when running a continuous Mig bead.

Try the "pulse" technique taught on the tutorials on this site, i.e. when the two pieces are tacked together, don't run a continuous bead, but a lot of short overlapping "pulses". This may help avoid blowing holes on the lowest setting of your welder on thin steel.

if you get a chance, always try to clean the paint from both sides. Really need to know the welder, mines 205A top but 15A Bottom, some only go down to 50A and thats a struggle for car thickness.
