1 ton chain hoist

So I got this hoist of a forum member (thanks ). 25m of chain is quite cumbersome and extremely heavy
, I cut it in situ on the floor because I couldn’t be move it.

They are like a second man. I have a 3 phase one but no three phase. I miss it. I toy with selling it but not decided yet...

Rewire the motor to delta and run it from a cheap chinese vfd.

Great diagnosis and repair.
one criticism , please stop the errs, ums and ehms.
your videos will be much better without them, it may even take less editing, as silence is easy to patch.
seriously though a great effort.

That is why I couldnt make videos to save my life, and I don't criticise those who do. Because I know that I would be one long shower of uhms, ahhs and hesitations, plus the sound of my droning voice.

@KimB The lack of double entendre at the start, certainly compared to your last video, is a bit disappointing..!
