hi guys, using a 20 gallon blaster for doing a mini shell, only put 25kg into it at the moment (got 2x more bags coming) of the blast media, but it seems to be sticking on the bottom and sides of the inside of the tank, i have to shake it when it stops or hit it with a hammer but it doesn't bring that much out. i usually get 3x small shovels when i brush up and sieve it back in. but when i disassembled it this evening i got 6x shovels out, i just can't understand why it is getting stuck around the sides when it is a smooth surface inside?

fill it well up. quarter of the tank will form a funnel and isn't going anywhere unless u kick it

they can be with a few alterations and a decent air supply

if u buy a cheap pot buy a carbide blast nozzle and cut the crappy original one of and fit it in with a jubilee clip. the media regulator ball valves work but there not the best u can buy a better one if u do a lot of work using it or make your own if u have the gear

the Clarke bigger cabinets are sort of ok if u must buy one and have a suction gun fitted . they lack a good dust extracta but u can fit one yourself . u can also use a pressure pot and fit the blast hose in to the cabinet and u can use which ever is suitable for the job
