I started out with something else in mind, but as it usually goes for me......it changed along the way.

A catfish.

I do see a catfish,nice the barbs are a giveaway.
I would have made the mouth a little wider,finishing under its eyes.Have a look at a wels catfish.
Viewed from above it looks like a different fish as the spoons seem to represent the eyes.

I didn't use any visuals, just what was in my head. It looks more Chinese dragon fish to me now.
