Why not use concrete posts designed for timber cant rails (feather edge fence style) and bolt your box section to the predrilled holes to fix your corrugated sheet to.

Great thing about concrete posts. They don't rust underground.

are you trying to block eyes viewing or keep people out ?

I wouldnt use one pole on full board fencing if you stagger them and allow wind through the fence it will last longer

I have to realize a solid and economic structure, I don't have a lot of economic resources otherwise I wouldn't use galvanized corrugated shed-style sheets, it's very unattractive economic me functional. if I plant 2-inch iron pipes in iron how long do they last, how long will the rust corrode them?

id build an outer leg as support for the fence post fitted with an angle iron between the frames and fence so you can drill and fasten them

the sngle post will rock seen it so many times but people dont want to loose 12" for a post support in there garden

same with wood and built up wall posts they just give due to wind vibration when wind hits the fence

quickly drawn out for you per post

cost me between 5 and 10 quid each.
already framed.
just run 40x40x3mm angle top and bottom, rivetted or tek screwed.

i use 150mm ish round fence posts.

think theyre about 11? quid for 12ft tanalised. dip in some blackjack damp proofing/bitumen paint up to about 1ft over ground level.
depending on prevailing winds, you only need one every 4-6 ft, and sank into ground 2-4ft.

Those box sections don't look strong enough to me...how big are the panels between the posts....I doubt it's difficult to calculate the wind load on the fence.

Square section I find tends to flex quite a bit unless the walls are very heavy!

If available Id go for concrete posts everytime. Those feet that hammer into the ground are not brilliant. If you must use metal, use box section, at a guess 50x75x5, the rectangular section will make it far more resistant to wind. If your only keeping out animals and not eyes, use wire mesh, chain link fencing. Mesh will allow lighter posts to as there will be less wind loading.

Steel in the ground will need galvanizing. Unless you use I girders that will probably out last you.
