can anyone tell me how old it is i have googled but havent seen any

It looks like it's from the late 40's to 60's era.

thanks for that didnt think it was that sort of age i will have a look see if there is any markings on it,i forgot i had it only found it due to having clear out

found some numbers on a plate A2 4393 L aerostyle london thought it may have seized up but still turns although it is a bit tight still sucking and blowing ok

Thats a new one to me, closest I've known is Aeraspray, I have one of those, much larger unit though, and a Birmingham company.
Do you have any plans for it ?

No plans at all as i already have 2 comps it was in a job lot of stuff i bought years ago from an auction and it was put away and forgot about

I would guess early 40's. Aerostyle made painting equiptment from sprayguns to paint booths aimed at the aircraft industry and were very active during WW2.

Find a small receiver and an old motor etc, it would make an interesting little unit !

thanks for the info guys it will probably end up back on shelf or if theres anyone that needs one i may part with it,but i dont know what it is worth so if you have any idea let me know.
