air compressor reconditioning

Hi all, i have an old 2 cylinder 3.5hp air compressor 240v that is very tired, does anyone know anywhere you can get these reconditioned? ideally near london, essex, herts, kent area. i keep looking at new ones and they just look very sturdy certainly not a s well built as my old unit.

hi bigdry, i am a compressor engineer if you can tell me the model no. and serial number of the pump unit and make of the compressor i would be happy to point you in the right dirstion or maybe loctae the parts you need

Hi Lee sorry for very slow reply - my compressor is a c&h, single phase 3hp, any help will be greatly apreciated as i hae now moved the compressor out to where it can be used and got at! it does run ok but sounds a little strained after a while - not sure if the motor is on its way out or the pistons etc. thanks.
