Air compressor

Good morning all,

I am looking for an air compressor to run a pneumatic liquid filling machine.

Specifically a machine similar to this one:

HC-30 model with air consumption of around 44L/min.

I have never used an air compressor in my life, therefore struggling to choose the right one for the job.

I believe that most can be rather loud, so ideally could do with something on the quieter side.

Piston compressors are all noisy. If you've got £600 this could be a better option for you.

44 Litres/Min = 1.55 cfm, so you're not looking for a large compressor. There is the Clarke Shhhhhhhh range and similar, but they're expensive and do need looking after.

Belt driven compressors aren't too bad, direct drive should be avoided as they're the noisiest of the lot.

There are a few threads on here about housing compressor in sound proof boxes.
