air line fitting/connector!! blasting cabinet

i am half way through making my own blasting cabinet but need to get the air into the cabinet

normally i would just drill a bit hole but this will leak air and media

so i need a fitting that will go throught the mdf side that i can connect into (outsite) and then the gun on the inside

doe that make sense??

if the cabinets made of mfd just get a short piece of minibore copper pipe drill through cabinet insert pipe through and silicone in. then use jubile clips on rubber hose either side to conect
cheap and chearfull im just altering a clarke small sandblast cabinet its basicaly crap but wont be when im finished will post piccie of mod when im done

i see what your saying but i think that it will just come unstuck as i pull the air line around

plus i need to use the airline for otherthing in the workshop so need to disconnect it if i need it

it cant go anywhere if theres a rubber pipe either side fixed with jubily clips thats all i use on mine its a metal cabinet just use a short tail and put a quick conect fitting on it

have they got a thread all the way through so i can put a male on one end and a female on the other??

i just used a section of rubber car hose and forced the air line through it. It doesn't leak at all i just made sure the hole was slightly smaller than the outside diameter of the rubber hose

I've used a gearstick gaiter off an old car. It's actually easier if the hose can move in and out of the cabinet.
