Air reservoir

Hi guys. I'm looking to find a small air reservoir and manifold 6-8 ports, to fit along side a small compressor inside the car. The compressor only has 3 ports so its abit of a mess having many fittings together on them. I'd like to move the compressor and have the reservoir and manifold together away from it.

Does anyone know if its possible to use a disposable mig gas bottle? Its about the right size, but im not sure how thick they are to drill and tap the ports?

best bet would be to get a strip of 1 inch by 1/4 or 3/8 thickness strip of steel and weld it onto the side of the bottle then drill and tap it to suit the ports . disposable co2 bottles are just over a 1/16th of an inch thick

just drill a small hole where needed before welding to stop expansion and slight pressure buildup
