Airmaster 8/35 tiger turbo pressure switch difference

Hi, I need to change the air pressure switch on my airmaster 8/35 tiger turbo compressor.But I noticerd that the ebay types that are designed for small compressors are almost the same as mine except for the 6mm pipe connector.

On the airmaster there is a blue plastic type fitting, which looks as if the black pipe wont come out of.

But on the ebay types there is always a brass looking connector for the 6mm black pipe.What do I do about this, it just doesnt add up why the airmaster
has this blue plastic type connector which seems to have a push pin at the
very top of its assembly.And all other pressure switches have the brass connector.

Does this mean I can't buy the ebay type of pressure switch ?.

By the way my tank pressure rises to 150 psi according to the guage, and the motor keeps running, I get one air blow off sound, but it doesnt stop the motor. Is this an indicator that my pressure switch is really faulty ?.

Just chop the end off and fit the correct end for the brass union on the new one. The gauge sounds a bit optimistic at 150psi for a 1.5hp compressor probably only rated to 8 bar and have you tried adjusting the screw on the spring to lower the cut out pressure just to check if it has been screwed down too far?
