This sharpener is available in many brand names, I have the lidl version. It's great for sharpening drill bits once you get the hang of it but you are limited to 3-10mm dia. Anything you sharpen on the edge of the wheel will have a very hollow grind, too extreme for wood chisels. Could be used for restoring a chipped or off square tip before finishing on a stone.
The diamond coated disc wears out but you can get them on ebay for £5.

I got a rawlplug one for 15 quid from boot sale it was new .
that was the good news . bad news its dross and I chucked it in the bin

I have both and also have a disk sander that gets used a lot for sharpening up my hss tipped lathe tools .its brill

Managed to get to my linisher/disk sander this afternoon. It's been burried for 4 months.
Also have one of these. Works surprisingly well.
