All terrain welding cart/workshop built

Hi Guys and Gals, thought you may be interested in this, I'm building a 6 wheeled rough ground welding cart to transport my welding gear wherever I need it
Materials I bought were:
6m x 25mm x 3mm box section
10m x 25mm x25mm x 5mm angle iron
10m x 50mm x 5mm flat bar
4 x 8inch swivel castors
2 x 8inch fixed castors
8 x trailer hooks
2 x gate hinges
And a couple eye bolts

Here's the start and will update thread on progress....
So far steel arrived and is now cut, I have all the pneumatic castors all ready for assembly, should be welding and tomorrow....

Going to be a pull behind or at worst I can pull it with a quad or something

UPDATE!!

First picture is of my current (slowly failing) trolley setup,

Welded the box chassis up this morning, nice and solid, next up will be building on it and getting things in position

Was all I had to hand, unfortunately I'm not blessed with a massive heated workshop with all the toys either but the bins done the job grand

Another Update
Finally got a break from the wind and snow to crack on a bit more with this project,

Today's job was to weld on top on my chassis and built the cart up from "base level"
She is taking shape now, the end is in sight, here's some of today's progress
The magnetic clamps are invaluable as well as I got to test out my newly installed 32a supply

Looks like your on a housing estate? I should therefore recommend you fit some good screens before someone makes an arc eye claim against you.

Looks nearly as heavy duty as my mates effort with our old C+E mig, was needed with a gravel floor in the worshop mind!

Where would you recommended getting some from?

Most welding suppliers sell them either the screens ( a sort of tarp) or the frame for the screen as an additional item, some make their own frame to suit- so just check first if you want both parts that is what you will be getting. Nightmare welding in such a place as that out in the open your asking for claims at present .

Update 3

Progress has been slow as I've found myself busy these past weeks but managed to get an hour or 2 at it today

Wheels are now on, m8 rivnuts fitted for wheel changes in future

Welded a couple gate hinges onto the front as a tow mount, still to gusset them of coarse

you need to go to Wickes.
they have 6 wheeled carts outside so very much like this, and they are galvanised type finnish !!!
it wouldn't take much to alter into the same as what you have .
best to go just as they are closing, they're normally to busy at this time to watch the car park trolley borrowers .
do it now while we have dark early evenings !

Looks very good.

can I ask why it has not got a frame covering all 4 corners that a canvas or hard top could go over it for protection etc.
I am thinking accidental dropping something onto it all or rain etc..

A simple lightweight frame that could be lifted off would be useful, or could even make it a removable welding table that doubles as protection cover.

or is this just purely for inside a workshop ?
I am definitely NOT not knocking what you have done as it looks bloody good, and very tidy to have them all together.
