Tried a few, as in shenion's link, once they get damp'ish the flux just turns to a mushy goo type stuff.

yes there is... iv used several types before wyn is right about the flux its ultra soft. can i jus recommend before you buy sum and try to weld whatever it is ur trying to weld.... find a different way! sure it will weld BUT even the most experienced of stick hands find them hellish to work!

You can get Ally rods but the welds are poor

Ok if you dont have MIG or preferably TIG and its just a case of sticking it together
