If by "remote switch" you mean gaffer tape the trigger on and wire in a random foot switch, ideally purchased for thruppence ha'ppeny at the car boot

Good man, all top stuff apart from the foot switch.

You haven’t thought this trough very well, when I get hit in the head on the first rotation I’ll fall over, foot off the pedal and then it will stop

Clearly way way to safe.

I think some sort of device where once plugged in with tapped up switches it comes on automatically after a few seconds then just keeps going
