Not sure to be honest but £100K or more I would think.Nice, what with that have cost once it hits the seas
Some of the longer runs could have been better but cramped space made it difficult, well that is my excuseAs always, very tidy work
It’s about time we saw those skills.lathes computer crapped it half way through, will have to try and get that sorted tomorrow, I do have a spare so hopefully it will be an quick fix although I am considering putting in a mini ITX motherboard instead of the Via Pico.
Is that anything special or just an x86 unit? I have a SFF board here that you're welcome to. About ten years old or so, Intel modelnumberIcantremember. Will dig it out to check specs if you're interested xWent to make the roller for the davit and my lathes computer crapped it half way through, will have to try and get that sorted tomorrow, I do have a spare so hopefully it will be an quick fix although I am considering putting in a mini ITX motherboard instead of the Via Pico.

I use he manual lathe 99% of the time, usually only when I need to do fancy curves or shapes that I use the CNC. I used to make these rollers on the manual but they were just Vee shaped but now I make them with a curved surface as it allows the rope to move freely over the surface and thus last longer. It’s about time we saw those skills.
Go and finish them in a manual like most of us have to.
Yes, any mobo will do and I have plenty room in the lathes cabinet for a full size mobo. The reason I used the Pico was as a test, I wanted to see if it would be good enough and that way I would be able to use it in future retrofits where space was limited. Is that anything special or just an x86 unit?
