Another newbie

Hi all, i have been looking in here on and off for a few months now so i thought i better register.
I'm Bryan and am a panel basher by trade but i am currently a self employed van driver and i fit some mot welding jobs in inbetween.
I use a clarke 100e which i have had 16 years and have never replaced any parts on it exept the tips and shrouds, in that time i have welded up more transit vans than i can remember as well as most models of ford cars at some point, several mini's ect.
My current projects are a mini shorty, my transit van and a roof chopped volvo amazon which wants loads of work including all 4 floor pans of which are not available so i will be putting an ad up wanting a bead roller/swager so i can make my own.

I will post some more pictures up later when i have uploaded them to my photobucket account, the thing is the car was built 20 years ago so all the filler is bubbleing up indicating plenty of rot underneath, mainly arround the rear window and 1/4 windows, it also needs all 4 floor pans and 18 inches of chassis leg at the o/s/f and the n/s is yet to be checked.
It is repairable but it is just the time factor and panel availability as the only panels available are the rear lower corners and the rear arches.

Ouch! that sounds a bit like my dub....only thatone is from '95...
Sounds like you will have loads of welding to do then!
