Hi all

Anyone know where I can buy a pearl /candy powder paint in the uk , easy to buy from the USA but really struggling to find anyone in the uk that sells it, or is it possible to make some from a flat colour powder

I should have mentioned that its not a pearl / candy powder for mixing with wet paint I want , its 100% powder for powder coating i am after.

I have never used him but he has been recommended by other powder coaters i know that use some cool looking 2 part powders. candys etc.

Would you adam an eve it , I just found this site , worldwide concern to, am surprised they don't have a web site that actually shows the powder products , i.e. colours etc, they only give a product code.

yes everyday but on a small scale, max size 800x500mm cube, that all my oven will take. got a hobby gun but fitted a 100kv power supply from an industrial unit called a volstatic, it gives a better wrap round. modified the hobby gun as well to stop it splatting. works fine.

I have an account with Rohm and Haas but they only sell in 25kg boxes which is a pain, excellent prices though.
And they gave me a credit account straight off.

Another easy way to get a Pearl is to use a Clear Pearl Powder Lacquer. That way you can use a normal colour underneath and jazz it up a bit with the Pearl Clear. Axalta (Formerly DuPont) have some fancy colours in their range as do Oxyplast if you just want to look for something a bit different.
