Anybody identify this quick connect fitting?

i am trying to find these fittings

They look like euro but are a bit smaller not the same visually

The photos show it next to a Euro connector for comparison.

Here's a few pics

Only info on it is "wolfs head" tw15.40"

Have a look it may be Series 20.

Why not just change it to whatever you normally use?

I bought a rectus 21 fitting as that looked closest but no luck it will push push together
