It's off my grandsons figure. But he has gone and lost the other one. I have no idea how to start and it might need to be printed on a resin printer. But I will cross that bridge when I come to it.
The figures called Super saiyan gohan.

Could you not make a mould in Milliput, for example.

Cure the mould, get some more Milliput and reproduce original, may need fine adjustment with a Dremmel type tool.

Wonder if you could carve it in wax (or soft wood)...and then mould it maybe.

Would 3dscan the hand.
Convert the scan mesh into a body,
Mirror it on an axis (flipping it from left to right)
Then printing it.

Would give you a close enough copy relatively easy.

What is easier to explain to a child: a toy with two left hands or a toy with only one hand?
