It looks like Frankenstein's monster. The seller doesn't even know the tank size so I wouldn't hold too much hope there. It's been a red one painted grey from the look of the tank and the rest of it looks home brew.

It doesn't look too bad to me. Reckon the tank is only 100 litres. Cannot see the compressor clearly - is the cylinder mounted horizontally? The filter/regulator looks like a professional one ( Norgren? ). Need to confirm that the motor is single phase. Don't know why the "starter box" is so large and complicated.
However, you'd better not listen to me.... it's having opinions like this that have made me end up with 9 compressors, and only one that works....
