Anyone like a large rod oven

Anyone like a large rod oven It is free to collect

It is in the Darwen/Blackburn area, big blue thing! Have been using it as a bench for the passed three years.

Would probably hold several hundred rods at a go, has a temp control to set temp I think between 80 to 350 deg C.

Would need small van or estate car to shift, I did it several years ago in an Astra estate.

Can I ask why you'd need a rod oven?

And funnily enough, I just took a mates old (but working) domestic oven down the tip the other day.....

To keep the rods dry. The flux will absorb hydrogen and screw up the weld.

Apparently a big issue with high-tensile rods.

I would have had it as a spare but blackburns a bit of a trek.
