There's something fishy going on. The above was sliced with a 0.2mm layer height, I get different looking results if I slice it for 0.15mm and 0.3mm layer heights. If you want to send me a sketch I'll draw it up in FreeCAD and see what that looks like when it's sliced.

Looks OK to me in Cura, but the very last layer looks unusual, it only does half of it. It seems to be made of component parts too, rather than a solid with holes.

That's what it should print like. But as it turns out it does not fit like that.
I posted more to show you how much of a mess I can make with something ultra simple......
It was only putting a brim round the side with 4 holes in it. But then the first later of the other side tried to print outside of the brim.
I think the stl might be sliced with a slight taper under the item.
I sliced a later version by using a different setting for the bed.
I do have to alter it anyway... it only needs 2 holes and I could not work out how to delete the other 2. Lol
Plus the part with the holes in needs to be central to the part with one hole in it. As opposed to the bottom. So I think I will need to print it on its side.
Essentially it's a holder to Atom stack limit switch.
I extended the frame but Atom stack use a different 20/20 extrusion and tap holes for the limit switch. This does not work in standard extrusion. So I am making a generic holder that is held in place on the extrusion with a bolt and sliding slot nuts. The limit switch will be mounted in two holes 3mm 7.6mm apart.
The crucial part is there is a bar on the moving carriage that has to operate the switch .

Yes it should be skirt.....I can't get my settings to alter so I start printing with a skirt. I then use tune and babystepping to lower the nozzle by 0.545 and that a perfect squish. I just wish I knew how to save the settings after doing that...lol

Looks like it is tilted on the bed. It's not lying perfectly flat, hence the very slight contouring on the top and the missing bottom section. Cura has a "lay flat on bed" button. Hit that!

Wow. Ok just looked at the .stl and it's a bit of a disaster! Tapers and slopes all over it. I'm guessing you want whatever it is to be flat and square at the (somewhat odd) dimensions of the stl?
I did but the skirt was still under the left part of the item. Lol
Lol yeah I don't know how I managed to get tapers and slopes. I made it from 1 sketch and extruded it.
As it turns out whilst that was supposed to be flat and square the new one that I need is going to be square but not all flat to the mounting point.
Basically I need one part flat with a 5mm hole in it. For a 5mm sliding nut and bolt to hold it tight in 20/20 extrusion.
The other part needs to be square but with a gap to the 20/20 extrusion to allow for two 3mm bolts to be pushed upwards with nuts on the top holding the limit switch.

Sorry mate. I can't make head or tails of that description. If you had a dimensioned sketch, it would be done by now.

I had to guess at the width (15mm) and the offset of the 3mm holes (15mm from the chamfer). If you want to ring me in the office, I will tweak it while you wait. 01452 311031 Andy
Sorry chap. Been busy sorting the wife out.
I think that will be fine.
I will try printing on its side instead of using supports I think.
The extrusion it's fitting on is 20/20 so I think 15mm width with be fine.
