I'm going to paint my chassis with Eastwood Extreme Chassis Black. While reading the application I came across I quote 'Allow 5 minutes flash time between each coat'. Can anybody explain it to me? does it mean I need to give 5 minutes break between coats? Thanks for all the help.

Yes that is correct but in reality by the time you get to the end you will be able to go to the beginning and start straight away.

yeah on a small part- 5 mins wait until its sticky ...usualy press your thumb on it so it leaves a imprint but doesnt leave paint on your thumb

with a chassis you can probably just keep going , although you might want a rest mid way anyway lol

For each coat, spray a bit on a sheet of paper stuck on the wall (as used for gun set up) that way you can see/feel when its tacky without touching the car or whatever you are painting.
