Arghh, crazy paint

Just primering the roof of my beetle and getting shriveling.
I previously put on two coats of lechler epoxy to a bare roof, dried and then did some filler repairs.Keyed off the whole roof, two coats of epoxy 20 mins between coats, left half an hour and put on one coat of lechler green ti.
Looking good after 20mnis so started putting on another green ti coat.
Paint has started shriveling, now I'm guessing this is poss due to too short drying times between coats.Did it this way on other panels with no probs.
What times should I be leaving and what can I do now?

Lechler epoxy is supposed to have an hour before recoatng, but must admit to taking liberties with that as well. 20 mins sounds a bit quick though. Could it be thinners used in the Ti? Was it 2k thinners, was there maybe lots of it?

Used a speedy hardener in the ti and the lower end of the thinners mix range, 2k thinners.I did it exactly the same as I did the rear 1/4s (each done seperately) and the interior.
Can it be saved or is it a case of stripping the crazing and redoing? I can't strip all the roof as the filler work took ages and is shaped really good.

You were too quick with the TI I would say, I leave the epoxy at least 1 hour sometimes longer but no longer than 4 hours (just my own timescale)

I would leave it to harden off and flat it and then reprime.

Cheers for the advice Langy, after it started happening I just cleaned my gun out,shut the garage door and left it.
I was thinking that it can't be incompatable material problem, just softening of the paint.
My idea was to leave it a couple of weeks, flat it with 240 then one dry coat and other wetter coat of the ti.After all its only primer not colour coats.

I was thinking that it can't be incompatable material problem, just softening of the paint.
My idea was to leave it a couple of weeks, flat it with 240 then one dry coat and other wetter coat of the ti.After all its only primer not colour coats.

It should be well hard by tomorrow I would think Keith, then flat and go again

Won't get chance to work on it until the weekend at the earliest, thursdays my day off so its beetle day.Loads of other stuff to do so a couple of weeks is no problem.
