It's unlikely you will find one for a sensible price for use at home. You will need a compressor capable of around 10 cfm (FAD). This means on average you would need one rated for around 14 to 15cfm. (Due to a variety of different things compressors typically only produce 2/3 of their rating.
The difficulty with a lot of 'quiet' compressors is the duty cycle they are rated for. Some of the bambis are rated at 65%. This means that in a 10 minute run it can run for 6.5 minutes and must rest for 3.5 minutes.
Dont forget a 3 stage filter!
TLDR: probably not at home for a sensible price.
