A no printer option is smooth off the battery casing with wax, fit your well keyed terminals and pour in abs slurry. When it sets, it wont have stuck to the nylon and only need minor adjustment.
Its better to cut layers from abs sheet to minimise the amount of slurry, it takes an age to gas off.

Is it just to hold spare batteries?

I was hoping to create a thread for all battery conversions so what ever we have we can mix and match but I just have not had the time lately.
People keep dying or getting ill etc.

Here you go bud. Ping me your address, I've been there a couple of times but don't remember the postal address.

I hate supports so always try to design them out. In this case with a couple of loose fitting floating inserts.

Lovely clean overhangs which are partcularly important in this case.
