Bayonet air fitting cfm rating

Hi folks

I've been trying to find the specs on air fittings for setting up my spray booth,compressors and filters etc

I have a shed load of standard1/4 bayonet fittings like these attached.

Does anyone know the physical cfm these can handle?

I have a FAD of 22.5 cfm to go through roughly 30m of 3/8 hose a 3 stage industrial 47cfm breathing filter setup to supply my airfed mask needing around 7cfm and spray gun needing around 8 cfm on the same line as my mask.

I have searched for high flow connectors but I either find a load of cheap ones which I don't think would be great or some very expensive devilbiss ones.

I hope someone can help me out

Haha I got the 3 stage set of filters very cheap I think. I got the 3stage setup with a 5 micron filter, one coalescing 0.01 filter and the activated carbon one for £160 delivered to my door all the way in Orkney!!! And being the big 47cfm ones they can handle bigger setups in the future.

I used those on my airfed set up but found pressure drop to much for spraygun and since changed to the hi flow ones and have no such problem. In fact the hi flow fittings are a requirement for the mask. Maybe I was unlucky but for the cost the hi flow fittings from screwfix its worth upgrading. I never had any issues until I used an airfed mask

Just thought I'd give a little update on my fittings. I ordered a load of high output fittings from compressed air centre Ireland. The fittings arrived grand with free delivery to Orkney which was a shock. The quality was great considering they were around half the price for others I looked at. I'm now thinking to convert the rest of the workshop gear and airlines to the same fittings rather than just having high out puts on my spraying gear. I just have to sort out the hose lengths.

i use both 10mm bore pipe with both size fittings on the end or 3/4 pipe with c couplings for blasting and 3/4 drive air windy gun

Yeah I did think about using both sets and I still might but I would only be replacing a handful that's left. Ah my compressors are big enough really for blasting I have 2 or 3 coupled together depending on the job I'm doing. So I only really have 200 litre tank with about 22 cfm FAD which is plenty for me. But we don't have the shot blaster and diesel compressor anymore
