I've used one of Weldequip's SWP budget tig helmets for years (link), it works fine even down to 10amps or so ...it's just within your budget.

Parweld over esab warrior. For the money I find my esab performs less than parweld I've used.

As above, I've had 3 true fusions now and they've all been great lenses for the money, shells are a little flimsy mind but no worse than many.
